In Capella-Costa Abogados we have made many changes so that our clients may return to our offices assured of their complete safety.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE

In these times, your safety has become another of our priorities so, in our office, we have implemented safety and hygiene measures to keep our customers protected:

  1. Cleaning has been increased both in frequency and intensity.
  2. We regularly disinfect all common areas, work surfaces, and contact devices such as computers, keyboards, or screens..
  3. We provide our customers with gloves and masks as well as hydroalcoholic gel dispensers.
  4. To ensure the minimum standard of social distancing we have integrated our diaries in such a way that there is never more than one meeting with clients per lawyer.
  5. Our meeting rooms, due to their size, allow us to maintain a safe distance between ourselves and our clients, even if the meeting has several participants.
  6. All our proposals, invoices and other communications are sent by e-mail to reduce the use of paper.

VIDEO-CONFERENCING ADVICE:

However, if you prefer not to come to our office, we have adapted our systems and computer equipment to be able to offer you an advisory service via VIDEO CONFERENCE.

This service allows us to advise our clients, without any loss of face to face contact, at any time and wherever they may be. In this way our clients have the advantage of avoiding travel plus the consequent savings in time and travel.

Also, another clear advantage to video conferencing is that, despite the limitation in terms of personal contact, virtual meetings can be just as effective and productive as a face to face meeting.

In addition, where necessary, the system allows us to easily increase the amount of client contact when we can share any document or discuss any subject which our clients have entrusted to us.

In this way, distance will not be a problem as we will be able to gather all the people involved in a case allowing decisions to be made and the best possible outcome achieved.
